Shipping Policy
Pre-Order items:
Pre-Order Final Sale Policy
Pre-order items are made to order and cannot be refunded unless the item is defective or arrives with an issue before shipping. Customer's will be made aware if a pre-ordered item is delayed or with fault before shipping to them, quality control is done by myself to ensure every item is without issue.
In-stock Items Final Sales Policy
In stock items are eligible for refund or return if defects or issues are found, to qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns for reasons other than defects or issues may not be accepted due to limited amounts of stock that is ordered.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you require a different size, you may request an exchange. Customers are responsible for returning the item without fault or damage. The item must be unused and with original packaging.
